Do your tours operate all year round?

The most of our tours run all year. Check the Our Tours section for details or ask at our ticket centre for more information. Please note though that we do not run tours on December 24th, 25th or 31st.

Do your tours run even if it rains?

Yes, our tours run in all weathers, including rain and snow, if people are willing to brave the weather! (We also sell umbrellas in our ticket centre).

Where can I book tickets?

There are several methods. You can book via our website, or call or visit our ticket centre at Tynska 7. See the section Tickets & Starting Point for details.

Are all your tours in English?

Generally yes. Our ‘default’ language for our tours is English, however we also run tours in German on a regular basis and can arrange private tours in other languages on request.

Are your guides English speakers?

If you book an English language tour, your guide will either be a native speaker or will speak English to a very high standard.

Are your tours suitable for children?

Most of our tours are suitable for all ages, but some of the ghost tours may be frightening for very young children, and other tours involve a lot of walking and historical information which younger children might not enjoy. Others may not be suitable for baby buggies / strollers, as the tour includes access to historic buildings without elevators. If in doubt, please contact our ticket office at Tynska 7 before booking your tour.

Are your tours suitable for people with disabilities or mobility issues?

Some of our tours involve visits to historic sites which do not have elevator facilities. Some of the longer tours may involve long periods of walking. Contact our ticket office before booking your tour if you have any specific needs and our staff will be happy to advise you.

Which is the best tour you have?

We have several options available, depending on your tastes and interests. If you have a limited time in Prague and want to be sure to see the best of the city, you might try our Prague All Inclusive Tour, which includes the Old Town, Jewish Quarter, Mala Strana and Castle areas, as well as a river cruise and lunch. If you are looking for something different, you might be interested in our ghost tours. Our staff at Prague Trips & Tickets, at Tynska 7 will be glad to help you and offer advice as to which tour would suit you best.

What do I need to bring with me on the tour?

Generally, all you need to bring with you is proof of purchase, either your ticket from the centre, which you’ll be issued at the time of purchase, or some receipt of transaction if you bought your tickets online, such as a printout or email. We do have free internet facilities available in store if you need to retrieve an email confirmation to show us. Besides that, it might be advisable to pack an umbrella if you are coming in spring, autumn or winter, and good walking shoes. In winter, be advised that it can be very cold in Prague, so dress accordingly, especially if you are going on one of our night-time tours.

Do you accept credit cards at the ticket centre?

We accept most major credit and debit cards, but be advised there is a 3% charge on all card transactions. Please note, however, that at this time we cannot accept payment by Diner’s Club or American Express.
