Join us on a leisurely afternoon excursion to some of the most historic sites in Prague, including a forty-five minute river cruise and a tour of the Prague Castle complex. The focus of the tour is mostly on the left bank of the river and is a great introduction for those who have not ventured there yet.
The tour begins on the Old Town Square, a UNESCO listed world heritage site, from where you will explore the Old Town with its narrow cobblestone streets, wonderful architecture and enchanting history. You can then take a casual stroll through the Clementinum complex – formerly a Jesuit college and Prague’s second largest building complex (after Prague Castle) – which is home to Baroque churches, the Mirror Chapel, and a branch of the National Library.
From there you will board a „Prague Venice“ boat for a relaxing cruise along the river. Whilst listening to the commentary and taking in the magnificent views, you will be served with drinks and refreshments. After disembarking, a wonderful finishing touch to this leg of the tour is a visit to the Charles Bridge Museum.
Your guide will then take you across the bridge at a leisurely pace so that you can take in the scenery and multitude of Baroque statues along the way. You will cross Kampa Island and Lovers Bridge, with its many padlocks, and pass the colourful Lennon Wall on your journey through the Lesser Town, an area many consider to be the most beautiful part of Prague. Surrounded by Baroque and Renaissance architecture, you will then board a tram to Prague Castle.
St. Vitus Cathedral, which towers over the castle complex, is not the only point of interest on the final leg of the tour. The tour concludes with a stroll through the vineyard, which has the most majestic views of the grand city of Prague.

Surprisingly entertaining 6 hours. Huge praise to our young guide Vaclav, who maneuvered the group calmly and safely through an overcrowded city, in the folk festive mood. The extended walk past all the highlights of Prague was effortless (Attention: cobblestones - comfortable shoes definitely needed!) The lunch was delicious and even included a drink. The boat-tour was completely stress-free and entertaining. My expectations for the whole package were exceeded in any case!!! Make sure you book this tour!!!
We completed the three-hour-tour with boatstour and the Prague Castle, in a small group of only 7 people. In the end it was three and a half hours and the tour was lot of fun. Lot of interesting facts and original things, which were very nicely conveyed. Despite of the Pentecost weekend and very warm weather Romika has led us safely through the crowd - even though she was heavily pregnant herself. Thank you very much - and all the best, especially in August... :-)
